I'd go here all day long if it meant standard tax return requests. Patricia seemed relatively pleasant and helpful over the last two years. However, my problem came when I needed an additional form completed. She filed an incorrect form for me and then dropped off the proverbial face of the earth when I tried to politely get her to file the correct one. Maybe that tax form changed and that's fine but the new form would have literally taken her a few minutes to deal with. Can't imagine if one of her clients ever gets audited. Good luck to that poor soul. Stay clear of this one. When you need her, she won't be there and time will likely be a factor.
