I've worked in customer service for about 8 years now. If you treat people as a human being and can make them laugh - you'll have an enjoyable experience.
They listen to my situation and they are really there to help. Don't be afraid to explain your situation to them before it's too late. Very reasonable people to deal with. If I should ever need a loan again, I would be happy if they are the one.
As far as loan companies go - this one isn't that bad! Hear me out - I've had a loan with this company for 1 year this August (2016). I unfortunately lost my job in April. They helped by deferring 1 payment, and helped me keep on track with the payments - without being late and reporting to the credit bureau. If I had to move a payment a couple days, they do it without issue.
Terrible company. Took extra payments out of my account for over 4 months. I had to bend over backwards to get my money back. If your going to deal with this company buy a low cost car to finish up payments sooner then later. Good Luck
Such a horrible,,rude,,arrogant and lying company!! Thank God my car is almost paid off!! Never want to deal with this company ever again! The message I received from Sean Perkins?? That jerk should be fired or better off arrested for his threatening And harassing phone call!! Do yourself a favor and shop around!!! Save yourself the aggravation of trying to deal with this company..By the way... Supervisors and managers don't return calls either..Proves how the employees were trained!!!
Most expensive lesson we will ever learn. Had great credit before this company And they tore it to shreads. All out refuses my payments. Blocks ways for me to pay. All my payment goes to interest. So very rude, every person I've ever spoken to. I only used this company because the place where I found my car only used this particular finance company. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. They will destroy your credit and smile while going it.
