We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was clean, comfortable , and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was very nice to return to our room each day to find it clean and fully stocked. I would go back there again.
The room was pretty nice. The water pressure in the shower was weird. The water pretty much stopped coming out a few times while I was trying to take a shower. Also, the towels were in the actual shower, which I thought was pretty odd. The bed, on the other hand, worked just fine.
Horrible customer service!!! We booked a suite on a wedding block in early August for Labor Day wknd with the understanding that we would pay the wedding block discount offered to those who were part of the wedding party. When we went to check in we were told by a very nice young lady Emily that there were no more suites available in the wedding block because THEY OVERBOOKED but that we would still get the wedding block discount and an additional room free of charge, so we were placed in 2 standard adjoining rooms one of which had a non working shower and were told that we would get another discount because of this additional INCONVENIENCE; However when we went to check out we were charged the regular nightly rate for both rooms and the lady at the front desk KARA was extremely rude to us and had a very bad attitude. When we called to inquire about our discount the following day we were again helped by a very rude woman who informed us our discount would only be 30 dollars. We expressed how we felt about that discount and said that it wasn't fair we asked for the young ladies name and she proceeded to yell and scream the spelling and hang up the phone. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint because we were treated very poorly and unprofessionally with the exception of Emily.
Great little base for visiting New England, Cape Cod etc. Clean and fresh, with helpful staff and local amenities.
Called and asked if the pool was open before i booked it and they told me yes, i was super excited to spend my anniversary in a hot tub and when we get there it was closed for maintenance, I get that things happen but that was the reason i booked the hotel not even a week before. And the breakfast was not that good no flavor . There was also a little blood mark on our sheet and the bed was not that comfortable and the TV was to dark with no way to change the settings so we had to sit with the lights off to watch the TV. Idk if i will be going back to this location. I expected more for the price i paid.
