More important than having *been* a customer for several years, is the fact that we *chose* to remain a customer. That is all due to how well the facility is maintained---thanks to the excellent management of the Middleboro site manager, Charlene. She makes sure this Storage Direct is always immaculate inside and out, well lit, and at a reasonable temperature. She is most accommodating and truly concerned about her clients and their possessions. We have never had a problem, and store there worry-free.
